Our Cottage is one of the few 4 season cottages along the beach. The rental rates range from $2000 per week in the off season to $3500 per week from June to September. Maine lodging tax not included.

Additional information about rental rates
- Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday
- Maine State Lodging Tax Rate: 9.0%
- Refundable damage deposit: $250
- There is no cleaning fee
- $250 deposit due at the time of the reservation. 50% of the balance of the reservation due 60 days prior to check in. The balance of the vacation rental and security deposit is due 30 days prior to check in date.
Cancellation Policy
Should the Guest need to cancel the reservation, it shall be done in writing, text message or email, at least thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date, one hundred percent (100%) of the deposit and any down payment will be refunded. All other cancellations will result in no refund of the collected monies.
